Great spot right by the beach. The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a mini fridge. Loved the heated pool and private beach access. Staff were awesome, very accommodating. The outdoor bar served tasty sandwiches and drinks. Spa facilities offered sun loungers and umbrellas. Easy access to dining options nearby.

Spent 5 nights enjoying the lovely pool area and fresh infused water in the lobby, but the hotel really needs an upgrade and was squeaky noisy at night.

Staff members like Agnes at the front desk are super helpful. she helped me sort out room issues quickly. The Tiki bar by the pool serves great drinks, and Nicole there is always friendly and gives good advice about the area. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room, which had a wonderful view of the ocean. However, the air conditioning was noisy in my room, which made it hard to sleep sometimes. The restaurant’s breakfast left a lot to be desired. They ran out of coffee one morning, and I felt like I had to chase down staff for basics. It could definitely use more shaded seating by the pool for comfort. Overall, the charm lies in the beach access and friendly staff, but service consistency is an area for improvement.
